The concern with power outages is because I can have a panic attack if I can't see anything, plus my OCD is at risk of aggravation, because if I can't see where I'm going, I could easily bump into or touch something my OCD wouldn't like. And then trying to find the bathroom to wash my hands, again, not easy. And without power, we run out of hot water, eventually, and that can aggravate my OCD because I need warm water to wash my hands.
