I was addicted to diet soda for many years. I drank 9-12 a day. I tried and tried several times to get off it and couldnt.
This year i finally got down to 3 a day.
Then in the spring i gave it up cold turkey for three months. After three months, i started letting myself have one a week. So now i am still at one a week, but i am not rigid about it, i might have one if we go out to dinner.
I feel soooo much better without all that stuff in my system.
