I been harassed and bullied at work myself. I am retired now, and happy not to be working. Bullying is epidemic in todays work place, not just at Wal-Mart. Bullying is a sign of immaturity and a need to be in Control. "Control" is the biggie. Immaturity causes it.

Do stand up to bullying, say goodbye to the horrible job at Wal-Mart. Be careful who you work for.
