I'm the room? In your body? In your head?

I feel the core of my being is situated in my head pretty much right behind my eyes, which of course is impossible, because that is the spot where there is no brain, and obviously the sense of self comes from the brain as a whole. Part from that, that is my feeling. Probably has a lot to do with vision.

I heard there are many takes on this. After all there is an individual experience.

But I had a therapist once that said only disturbed people feel they are in their head. The normal ones feel they are in their heart (physcially).
