If your stitches are coming off that early I would be calling your doctor and seeing if they can fit you in quickly.. Fixing the stitches shouldn't take long and when something similar happened to me, my doctor just got me to come down and fit me in among appointments.

In the mean time I would keep it covered and continue to use the antiseptic cream to stop infection. Also try to not use your arm too much or bump it as it could make the injury worse.
