Even though it's only 2 stitches, there's an infection and the stitches are coming undone well before they should (suggesting they were done incorrectly). If I were you, I'd go to the ER, tell them you got stitches from a punch biopsy and now you have an infection that may be due to the initial infection sores or from something else.
