i think here is a good place to discuss your emotions. many people here are also going through the same things. Try to do something small to make you feel a bit better or to distract yourself from those negative emotions. One method which I used was cutting. (Pls don't do it). Once you start, it can be quite addictive and you become dependent on it. I have since stopped. Now, i try to make an effort do some volunteering work even though I don't feel like going. It does feel better, not as worst as initially when you were doing nothing.
