I've never heard of anemia being part of a diagnoses before. I've been clinically diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and Ed-nos. I think the main criteria is whether or not your periods have stopped for 3 months or more. The labels really have no bearing on treatment as many people are hospitalized with Ed-nos. The suffering is never related to the label you are given, that's for sure.
