If you have an infection, you need antibiotics, period. The fastest way to get antibiotics is to go to the ER. The sooner you get the antibiotics, the sooner the infection will clear up. Infections could spread to vital organs including the heart, and can be fatal. It isn't something to take lightly. You should be at the hospital instead of posting here.
