just have to get this off my chest sorry moan

I was feeling pretty good about my self the last few days as I was managing to eat a little bit of food

I had stoped all together I was still losing weight but only 1/2lb a day not a 1lb plus
then today I went on to a web site that told me I was fat & I need to lose 11lb I was so shocked that I feel really low now & want to curl up in a little ball & stay there how can they say Im fat when every were else says that Im under weight I cant work it out.
