Evangeline, I am not sure what you mean by "ignoring" your own country for other countries. Is it the culture of the other country that you are attracted to? What is it about the other countries that you feel you are missing from your own life?

I don't know if it's a "disorder"...I guess anything can be labeled a "disorder" if it goes too far / to an extreme. Or if it's disrupting your life.

From my own experience with fascination of foreign lands/people/fashion, I found that once you have lived and/or worked in the foreign country you are so attached to, you may be "cured" of any excessive romanticism.
