I am currently taking 30mg of Lexapo daily. I guess I don't really notice a difference. The only time I really notice its effects is when I forget to take it. I guess for me it is hard to know what "normal" is because I have been down for so long that I really don't know any differnt other than my really low days and my extreme high days, which are few and far between. If you don't feel that your doctor is helpng, find a differnt one! Your doctor should be able to talk to you and you should be able to run things past them too.
