I'll expand a little on the emotional control ball, if you have a deeper emotion, just imagine another ball deeper. You can keep going with this, if you follow Tantra these are similar to chakra's, align them to gain a higher state of awareness.


Also, If you have difficulty take a break and let the subconscious find where these new pieces of the puzzle fit. If you still have difficulty, try gaining new perspective by recalling old memories or empathizing and problem solving while feeling those emotions.
