Dads will be Dads! I am sure he is having a hard time with you wanting to grow up and be your own person, dads are like that! You have to look at his side of it....he still sees you as his little girl and he wants to protect you and keep you safe. You and I know that it will not work, but he is doing the best he can the only way he knows how. I used to have to sneak my jeans out of the house because in my day girls were supposed to wear dresses only! Your feeling are valid and it is ok to be upset but remember this to shall pass. At least he was willing to take you to get something to eat and that is a good thing! Try not to let it get you down for to long, let him know it was just for Halloween! Try to have a good one!
