For some people, it is to find fulfillment and richness in life, despite all the negativity that exists and has existed. It is not merely to exist, though there are times when we must, but
like an immaculate connection between two beings the synergy that is created seems miraculous. This is like "how to be happy?" because to maintain hope is waiting, hopefully,
happily. I find that to do the things that will improve the brain's neurotransmitter activity. Many of those exercises(to increase this neurotransmitter activity) can be difficult to be disciplined about, but helps us maintain hope(imho)
