If you can get someone to hyperfocus on their job that they love, performance will be great. Who cares about the social aspect if they dont care either? I'm not formally diagnosed with Asperger's, but I have alot of symptoms/traits that are being treated right now in therapy. I'm a senior in college getting my bachelor's degree. Getting prepared to move on to graduate school to get my master's degree in counseling so that I can be a Licensed Professional Counselor. So, I totally agree with you Thanks
