The whole series of B vitamins works wonders for helping; however, you need to drink plenty of water when taking them daily. (B vitamins are very helpful in controlling appetite and some healing of the nervous system. )
If that doesn't help, I'd call my doctor and ask if I could take it one day and skip the next day, alternating. That way, you don't have so much circulating in your bloodstream at one time.
So much is in your system that you need to help metabolize it by drinking purified water and lots of it. That's the answer, IMHO.
If you use caffeine, I'd stop the coffee, chocolate, tea and anything else having caffeine in it. If you feel better after a week or two, you'll know that you have a sensitivity to
caffeine and should eliminate it from your diet.
It does affect the brain in people who have a sensitivity to caffeine. Otherwise, if you enjoy your coffee and have no reaction to the caffeine, I would continue to enjoy it.
Good wishes.
