My middle son was a skeleton and the baby was a puppy. My oldest was a creeper from Minecraft, but we didn't get to see him again this year.

Trick or treat went okay. I ended up having to carry the baby all 12 blocks because he wouldn't ride in the stroller. I now know I can walk a very long way carrying the baby if necessary.
