Mistakes are not evidence you are "stupid" - just evidence that you built
a perfect self you "should" be with your limitless imagination when you were a powerless kid, and it exists in your unconscious mind and calls you stupid for
any mistake. You "know" with your realistic and conscious mind it is ridiculous
but have to talk back to that 100% perfect self whenever you hear it calling you stupid! Practice will make you better at it, NOT PERFECT! Good luck,
Pitsy!
