Don't worry about having lables hon , at least you know what you have and now you can start dealing with it, and start the healing process. Try and think something postive everyday, write it down even if you don't believe it, it will help get rid of the negative thoughts and or emotions that you are feeling, if that is indeed the case.
Are you still with this therapist that disagnosed you with Post Traumatic Stress?
It sounds like you have had a rough time, there is light at the end of any tunnel though, and you will get there. Take care.
