Oh, and I also forgot to mention that there are four other fifth grade teachers and they feel so sorry for me. There is one other new teacher, newer than me, and she managed to get assigned a normal person. The other teachers on my team are trying to help me figure out ways to handle this situation. Obviously they don't want to jeopardize their own positions, but what I am enduring is well-known as a problem.
