I wish I could still take Topamax, my manic episode got worse when I started Topomax. I should ask my pdoc about amitriptyline because I also have trouble sleeping.

I'm not sure if my pdoc will reduce the Geodon for me again. I will have to wait and see. So far I've had no problem reducing it.
