Im in the middle of an MDD episode - 4th in the last three years. How do you help others understand that you can't just 'relax' or 'get over it'? I go to therapy, take my meds, use my CBT techniques -- but I seem to only have people in my life that can never be part of a good support system. And I'm afraid to ask for help from the people who might be a good support system.
Sigh.
