hi, i was so nervous myself when i had to go to the pdoc. have you thought about bringing a friend or family member with you? the first pdoc i went to didn't really take much time to listen to me and prescribed a med that didn't work for me. she refused to change the med when i told her about my side effects. i didn't feel like she was taking me very seriously. now i am seeing someone who cares about me and wants me to get better. it was very hard going into the appointment and not knowing what to expect. i wouldn't have been able to do it if i didn't have a very good friend supporting me. good luck to you. i hope it goes well!
