Maybe you could get a journal. Start with one sentence at a time.

I feel sad. Then you can list reasons why.

"Because I feel alone. No one understands. My heart aches."

It doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you.

Maybe as you continue to write it will help you see yourself in a different light.

Maybe then you can weave the words together into something like a poem.

Writing can help heal.
