The people in your life who can never be a good support system -- do you think that maybe you should STOP seeing them? If they're not a good support system, why are you letting them into your life? Why do you hang around people like that? If they're family members, sometimes we have to reduce the time we spend with family because they're toxic to us. We have to stay away from them. You HAVE to for your own sanity!!!

Why are you afraid to contact the people who ARE good for support? I'm SURE they'd be happy to hear from you, or would be happy to help you!! Please don't be afraid to contact them. Please go ahead and get ahold of them!!! If they're good for support, you NEED to contact them!!
