<font color="purple"> I agree with what everyone else posted... a journal, poetry, questions.... all starts with that one sentence... will be surprised how much will come out once you get that first line started.... and dont worry about making sense... doesnt have too... its about releasing what you feel on the inside and I know for me it often doesnt make any sense ...

painting or drawing even doodles can be a good release as well.... the feelings come out in the colors you choose and the shapes and designs you choose....

for me poetry, journaling, random writings, are how I express my inner self... each one starts with just a random sentence of how I am feeling or what thought or image is roaming in my head.....
