I saw a funny ad on tv last night, for nhl.com (through msn)

The ad was "how people got hockey stats before the invention of the internet"

The film was a little "washed out" and old looking, and started with a kid sitting at a table, wearing a hockey shirt. He has pencil and paper and writes: "dear bobby, what was your total time on ice during the last game?"

Then they show him sticking the letter in an envelope, then walking to the mailbox and dropping the letter in. Then back at his house, with a subtitle "Four months later". he walks to his mailbox and finds a letter. walks back inside. opens the envelope and takes out the letter. reads the letter. it says "which game?"

I'm not a hockey fan but I just busted laughing.
