ok, isnīt melatonin the sleep substance in brain witch makes us sleep?
wonder if itīs hard to get subscribed...
anyway i think iīll manage whitout it as long as i can get enough support, witch has been mostly my mom now that my therapist has been on a long vacation.
I just have to get all the stuff out, and try to work with the CBT myself, untill i get that therapy.
