Hi, well I guess you can eat Twizllers from time to time, lol...

I took some weight in my late thirties, now I'm at 215 lbs. Good thing that I'm rather a tall man at 6' 1''. I have to be careful on what I eat, and yes it's tough sometimes, since I like Junk food.

Got a new bicycle, I'll have to hit the road more than once a week, hehe...
