My former pdoc refused to take me off lithium, even tho the tremors morphed into full-fledged shaking, honest, I couldnt even put a cigarette to my lips properly instead he sent me home with propanolol, and after some carefully pissed off consideration, I chucked the lot down the drain... Meds to treat effects of meds is where I draw the line (apparantly). Idk how else to treat those tremors tho,hope the suggestions of vitamins or propanolol help you. Tremors are scary and embarrassing as hell...
