First off, kudos for sharing. That takes a lot of courage. It also shows that you're willing to be proactive about your mental health. Second, Leed is right. Your mother's struggles will not necessarily manifest in you. The number one thing to do at this point is to stay in therapy and stay healthy. If you're doing all you can to prevent future issues, then you'll worry a lot less. You're going to be ok . Hope everything goes alright with your mom.
