Well I developped a cutting addiction at the age of 16 and i'm currently 19. I have a very low self-esteem and no confidence at all and whenever I feel down, I feel the need to cut. Its a huge relief on my body and I tent to do it very often. I'm scared of talking to someone, or to go see a psychologist. Its very hard to stop once you start.
Please help
