Two good things happened.

1) I commuted to and from work on my new bike. From work, in the dark. In heavy traffic. Biking for the first time since adolescence. I work in an adjacent city so it is quite a long ride.

2) When I came back home and was entering the apartment with the bike, my cat Tommy ran away. First I finished putting the bike in its place in the hallway and closed the door so that Adele would not run away (if you read my posts, Adele is the kitty who ran away in June and went missing for several days). Then, I ran downstairs and spotted Tommy and started running after him until I finally caught him and brought him home.

The common factor? Good speed of reaction. Both biking in heavy traffic and cat chasing require fast reaction speed. The meds I am taking do not make my sluggish, that is clear as day.
