I swear. UNLESS I am talking to someone who doesn't (like my mother). I have an auto on/off switch. This makes therapy interesting. I have to push to say what I'm really thinking. The first time I dropped an F-bomb with ex-T, he asked me if I normally talked like that.

Um, yes.
My current T is a little more laid-back with his word choices. It makes me comfortable.
I can't imagine wanting to be in therapy forever. It is a LOT of work and takes up a lot of my time. I'd definitely like to heal & not feel like this forever.
