I continue to kick *** today! Not only did I bike to work but also I left the office to see a new T. That was an hour long ride and I had a map. On my way back, I did not have a map - I forgot to print out the reverse directions. But that was OK - I had the route memorized on the way back. Two full pages worth of directions were all in my short term memory. It was a good memory test.

Will be seeing the new T weekly. Google Maps shows 44 minutes to her place and I took an hour. I think that is because my saddle is still uncomfortable and I tend to cruise rather than pedal because I am more comfortable when cruising. When I pedal, it hurts more. That is why I do not reach the average speed assumed by Google Maps.

But it is OK, with time I will either get used to the saddle or buy a special padded ladies saddle, and will pedal more and cruise less. With time I will reach Google Maps speed.

Thank you for the encouragement!!
