I guess it depends what you mean by motivated. As in, no libido or as in "no reason whatsoever". There's more than one reason to have sex. For example, habit, societal expectation/peer pressure, conception, for the sake of a partner (in a relationship, this can be a dealbreaker), bonding with a partner... Someone might not really have a libido but have a reason to have sex.
