Getting though severe depression has made me a much stronger person than I would have been without such a tough life experience. I guess that is a 'silver lining'? Because of this experience I was actually thinking of getting a PsyD; it would be fun to be able to work with others in a clinical setting. I am just very grateful to have made it to this point. It was a long journey getting here. It feels really nice to be able to connect with other human beings. I have just realized how much more similar people are than different.

I'm so glad you have found PC therapeutic. It really helps to find others who understand what you are going through. That's so hard to find in regular daily life. I myself have learned so much from reading other people's posts. and as for your career/life choice, whichever path you choose to take, just remember how far you have already come. Please stay well now
