When you severely restrict your eating, the body rebels and often the result is that will-power goes entirely out the window and you eat a lot more, particularly junk food, than you ever would have otherwise. So don't completely hold yourself back from having treats. Allow yourself to have a little bit on a regular basis - deprivation just doesn't work very well. I use those diet rules all the time!
