At higher doses of anti-depressants, I have experienced extrapyramidal (pill rolling like in Parkinson's). I wasn't taking any other drugs. It occurs intermittently now, but I am also on lamictal.

I have decided that anything acting on the central nervous systems has the potential to give all sorts of weird side effects. The worst one was excessive blinking!
