What other AP's have you tried? I know you lactated on Risperdal, so that's out. Anything else? Zyprexa causes the worst weight gain and can lead to diabetes. If you absolutely must continue on Zyprexa, I would strongly recommend adding Metformin to protect against diabetes. An endocrinologist would prescribe Metformin. I do not know your insurance situation, but without insurance Metformin is 20 bucks a month if you take it three times a day - not so bad.
