i'm not sure if you can "get rid of it" or not; but i know there is help out there. my therapist thinks i may may have it, but i have not been officially diagnosed. i go to mental health every week. i see my therapist every tuesday, have anxiety reduction group on mondays, depression and stress group on thursdays, and see my psychiatrist once a month.
