That might be where it all started I did mine in the shower. I elbowed this hook thing that was used for the wash cloth... ouch! I've heard bending the arm is bad for that nerve but if our arms weren't made for bending why have an elbow. But then why have a big nerve like that exposed w/o protection That pad is pretty cheap too. And the flesh colored ones with the elastic sleeve are cheap too and can be cut down for comfort.
