Why when I feel happy and things are going great do I. Feel I still want si?

Okay so it's been a week, well few days as I found a safe way that did it at the time,
But tonight I feel happy and great and tonight, a band around the wrist will not get to the place.
Why? Can some one please explain?
I don't want these scars on my body,
I have so many issues about my skin as it is.
