The photos are a multinational co-creation of a French photographer, a Russian make-up artist and a Vietnamese hairdresser. The hairdresser straightened my curly hair without asking me (she said that what she would do would accenuate the curls...no way). My regular hairdresser who specializes in curly girls like me is booked for three months out, and I need pictures now, so we have to choose from what we have. They all look weird to me, almost like it is not me, because it is that weird to have straight hair. I am also upset that my face is so fat, but this is not something any hairdresser can help with. I certainly prefer the more oblong shape. That fat makes even my eyes look small, although the make-up artist did a great job bringing out their green.
