Contact your local domestic violence agency though you are safe right now, now would be a good time to formulate plans for that worse case scenerio and they offer free therapy services and so on so they can help you with those hard decisions that you are now facing and have ahead of you. They can also help you apply for a protection order so that if he comes with in 500 feet of you he can and will be arrested if you call the police (protection orders come with manditory jail time for violation) they will also go to court with you and have emergency shelters and services and are nation wide here in the USA.
