Think about leaving and look for ways to do so. You can't help or change others, especially when you are afraid of them, so that avenue is out. I'm sure you have obsticles that keep you where you are, but there is an answer somewhere. I thought there was no way I could leave my ex without dying, (plus I had 2 children and no money) but as I made steps to get out, an opening was created for me and I was ready to walk away. Do you want to talk more about your situation? Maybe someone here has an answer.
