Self-care is a problem for many of us. If getting into a shower is a victory, what about sunscreen? Yet, suncreen is very important to protect against both melanoma and premature aging (wrinkles). I had a hard time sticking to a routine of applying sunsceen until I got the following two products that completely solved my problem.

1) Haute Protection 50 SPF compact

One layer is enough. If you put too much, I have been warned, it would start caking. Applying it feels like applying make-up, not like a health measure. I do it every day with ease. I do not make myself do it (no willpower involved) - I like doing it. It feels pleasant. They come in several shades to match individual complexion.

2) ELTA MD UV SPORT SPF 50 high concentration of Zinc Oxide in a transparent form. Goes on smoothly. I use it on the lips as the lips are the most vulnerable area of the face and on the hands. It gets absorbed quickly.
