I'm sorry to hear what you are going through...you do not deserve it, and it's not your fault, OK?

I'm glad you found us here...you're right, it's really good to talk to others who go through the same thing. Keep going to therapy, though, if you can. I know it can be unpleasant, but you have to give it time to work.

If your drugs aren't working, you should talk to the doc who prescribed them...they do like to keep you on them for six weeks or so to give them a chance to work, though.

I hope things have been better for you today. that's all you can do, really, one at a time.
