sometimes these school councillors dont have any time and they try to make time but sometimes they can get so snowed under with work they really cant talk to you. maybe try booking an appointment, these things normally require appointments etc, so go in tomorrow and ask to either see her then or if you can book an appointment. dont take her response to heart, she probably didnt realise how badly you needed her and that it would upset you. she more than likely didnt mean it in a nasty way.

how come today was harder than it should have been, what happened? do you want to talk about it here as you couldnt speak to the school councillor?
